A region that has been hit by a massive earthquake that instantly changed tens of thousands of Turkish and Syrian lives. The kutnu textile is from Gaziantep and the name kutnu comes from Arabic kutn meaning cotton. The production of kutnu dates back to the 16th century and at the time, it was celebrated as the palace fabric across the Ottoman Empire. It
