Adjustable Bungee SystemAdjustable Bungee System. We have changed up our back pannier lower hook system to accommodate for racks that have a different lower hook. And this new system allows you to convert your old non adjustable system for our new system. You will have to remove your hooks and install our bungee clamps below the hooks, and install our webbing cross piece to hold the lower hook to the bag. The System includes: 2 bungee cords 4 bungee clamps 2 hooks installed

Where the Velcro straps slip through is also lined with Velcro to hold the strap in place
