George IV Signed Military DocumentA scarce and desirable partially printed military document signed by George IV as Prince Regent and dated July 23, 1818. Also countersigned by Lord Palmerston as Secretary at War. Signed by George IV as "George PR" in the upper left corner. The military document gives leave "unto Lieutenant Thomas White on full pay of His Majesty's 1st Regiment of Foot to exchange with Lieutenant Robert Bothomley on the Half Pay of the 17th Regiment of Foot" and
