It has a 14 30 plug and features a NEMA 14 30 box outlet PLUS a 5 15 5 20 outlet! With this adapter you can add a 120v device equipped with a NEMA 5 15 or 5 20 plug to a 14 30 appliance allowing both to share a single NEMA 14 30 wall outlet. Note: Do not exceed 30amps total draw or limit use to just one appliance at a time. The NEMA 14 30 is the box type as shown and 5 15 5 20 outlet
