It has 620 prong set rhinestones on the entire exterior of the little bag. No missing stones. The purse has a delicate silver chain, and the purse opens to a creamy white satin lining, with some light age related staining. Nothing that detracts from this special piece. It closes with a snap closure. It would be great for holding
