The compact 18k yellow gold case with square pushers houses the desirable caliber 285 movement. It is one of the most elegant vintage chronographs, and this stunner in unbelievable condition is no different. It's well balanced, understated and functional in a huge 37. 5mm gold case. wrist size in our picture is 18cm circumference DIAL: beautiful
