It comes with the original down feather powder puff and a wristlet chain for carrying. It measures approximately 2 1 2 inches in diameter, and the chain adds an additional 4 inches from the top of the compact. The piece has a blank cartouche on both the front and back side of the compact. It opens and closes perfectly. The mirror has some light haze
