Description
Brigata ChardonnaySoft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks and french barriques of first and second passage. Refinement including a rest period of several months in its lees inside both oak and stainless steel tanks. Particularly suited to accompany dishes of fish, shellfish and crustaceans. Offers elegant harmonies with vegetable based dishes. Allowed to age in the bottle, it surprises for its complexity; also excellent with more spiced recipes.
