Collector Item 041Very rare, ancient beads from an Indonesian shipwreck. From the collection of Robert K. Liu, co editor of Ornament Magazine and author of the book, Collectible Beads. Robert acquired this strand of beads in 1995. It came from Indonesian shipwreck off Sumba; they are Chinese glass beads from Yuan Ming dynasties, 1271 1662 AD. Beads measure 1. 02 1. 54 cm diameters.
