1940's Elgin Cigarette Case Gold Business Card Case Etched PatternThis is a pretty and unique 1940's vintage gold tone etched Elgin American cigarette or business card case in lovely condition. The lid is beautifully etched with an intricate and unusual pattern. There are no dents, dings, rust or corrosion on this wonderful case, and it measures 3 7 8 inches in length by 3 inches in width. Any dark areas on the front of the case are reflections, and not damage. The back does have some very minor light scuffing and
with only slight signs of age
and gold electroplated chain
It does have age related wear to the case
with tiny enamel painted flowers on an engine turned compact
but the comb is no longer present
which is at the bottom of the purse
In every other respect this piece is in excellent to mint condition
There are no dents or dings
It has a lidded double sided rouge compartment
This is a lovely vintage 1930's Foster gold tone and guilloche powder
