‘GoBig-GoGreen’ Scarf

‘GoBig-GoGreen’ ScarfA vintage cashmere scarf featuring an extra large XEN graffiti tag on one side and a XEN flower on the other, both were hand drawn on pvc leather and embroidered onto the scarf. The flower is complimented by 3 silver insect embellishments hand sewn on and around it. The final detail is a new technique where I sewed on different jewellery spacers onto both ends of the scarf, the fringe. A small yet eye catching detail. Length 53. 5 inches

I started by opening all the seems and leaving the threads open

'Trench-Tote' a large tote bag made from 5 old military jackets varying in materials

An extra large rectangular leather belt loop tag has been sewn on where a traditional one would be with another XEN graffiti tag sewn on

bringing the whole piece together

all hand sewn on with contrasting yellow thread

The other is a leather panel featuring a silver insect embellishment hand sewn into the centre

Originally a knitted dress found in a charity store
