Compatible with the Atlas 150 and Atlas+ pasta machines. Made in Italy. The chitarra (meaning "guitar" in Italian) is a traditional tool from the Abruzzo region, consisting of a wooden frame strung with metal wires that cut pasta into square strands when a sheet is pressed through.
