It's in wonderful working condition, with no chips, cracks, crazing or missing paint. The piece measures approximately 2 3 4 inches in height. It's hallmarked on the bottom with the original "Elfinware hand painted" label. It fills very easily by slipping the cylinder out of the porcelain holder and adding your fluid. No tools needed to do. It also is

only very slight scuffing to the back of the frame that is barely noticeable

with only minor age wear

The compact opens to a covered powder compartment that has the Volupte hallmark and a well used powder puff

It has a pretty tapestry on the lid and the bottom is a satin finish gold tone metal

The enamel on this piece is flawless
