The neckplate appears to be from a Fender American Vintage model with a V serial
Loaded with the original X-TRA humbuckers controlled by a three-way switch
it's a professional grade workhorse
Good overall condition with some basic signs of wear and one ding on the headstock (non-structural) and a Epiphone sticker on the back

and even now it's still one of the most well-loved chorus pedals ever
received a full professional setup prior to listing including a fret dress and a brand new saddle installation

These Gotoh branded humbuckers appear to be from the 1990s and were likely custom ordered by Tokai for a project/limited run guitar as they're uncovered but have a mirror finish on the coils as pictured
