Don Cayo Anejo tequila is paused in the time for 20 months in barrels

Preservation Distillery decided to honor this legacy by creating this single barrel whiskey which was distilled at an unknown distillery in Tennessee and aged for 7 years in Kentucky

giving the whisky “subtle notes of cinnamon and ripe vine fruits with a silky smooth finish” and was recently awarded 'World's Best Blended' and 'Best Scotch Blended' at the 2021 World Whiskies Awards
