John Shopteese Turquoise Silver BraceletJohn Shopteese is deceased. He passed away about 10 years ago circa 2010 This is one of his last pieces. It is a silver bracelet with Gem Turquoise, Coral, Mother of Pearl, Lapis and Rhodochrosite which all rise well above the silver channel they reside in. Although his work won numerous awards, John was not well known in the United States. He showed his work mostly in Europe. Once a year I would meet in Santa Fe. He died soon after our last meeting.
