Much like the label, this wine is meant to evoke a feeling of happiness. Misono Vineyard's Niagara vines are over 50 years old which is very rare in Hokkaido. The Pink Niagara is macerated with Misono Vineyard's Pinot noir skins for 5 days giving color, structure and some light cherry aromas. Variety
