Right Bank Bordeaux blend: 74% Merlot

After wild yeast fermentation is complete

Carbonic Maceration in open plastic tanks for 15 days at 15°C (59°F)
The Cabernet Franc and Merlot goes through 2 weeks semi carbonic maceration
