Poli Barrique GrappaGrappa Riserva, aged through Solera method, flowing steam distilled. Its aroma recalls a little wooden box full of chocolate, vanilla, liquorice and freshly toasted coffee beans.

Typical for the blend is an enticing mixture of herbs and spices making the wine particularly enjoyable with Italian style food

It has refreshing acidity

Its blend is made up of Pinot Noir

cinnamon and rose petals are underscored by hints of cocoa and sweet French oak

Year on year the vatting of Loch Gorm subtly changes (and sometimes not so subtly)

so each one is a unique piece

On the palate there is a smooth taste of agave with a touch of thyme and jasmine with a slightly spicy smooth finish

giving way to a dry and tasty finish

Round - though not heavy - and silky

it's perfectly balanced

with select botanicals to enhance the full-flavoured gin expression
