Mezcal Reina Espadín/Jabalí EnsambleFrom the impressive Mezcal Reina range (nothing to do with the former Liverpool and Napoli goalkeeper, before you ask), this Espadn Jabal Ensamble features a blend of mature Agave Espadn and Wild Agave Jabal, as you probably guessed from the name. The agave (or maguey if we're being authentic) was cooked in an earthen pit, crushed by hand, and double distilled in clay pots. You can enjoy this in cocktails or sip it neat.
