1969 Yamaha Japan AE11 Hollowbody Jazzbox (Natural)Made in Japan in the late 1960's, the Yamaha AE11 was a full hollowbody jazzbox with a loud, vibrant tone. Double bound maple body (85mm depth) with a spruce top, maple neck and a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (628mm scale length with a zero fret, 13. 75" radius), it weighs 3kg's. Appears to be all original except for an upgraded bridge with Yamaha branded tuners, humbuckers and tailpiece. Good vintage condition as pictured, has a few bumps and dings

the Rosa was part of a more modern series of guitars that included Random Star

Given a full professional setup and service prior to listing so it plays great (and fast)

Basswood body wearing a very deep "Old Candy Apple Red" finish bolted to a '72 profile one-piece maple neck

One push/pull pot was replaced otherwise it appears close to original

and comfortable to play

2 OBL mini-humbucker pickups

There's a few cosmetic bumps and dings as pictured but no breaks

Nice sleek design

The rest of the guitar is clean and has been relatively unplayed for the last few years

Clean vintage condition with one section of sticker tan on top

Loaded with the original "factory upgrade" Seymour Duncan JB/59 humbuckers along with Gotoh tuners and hardware
