Narex carving knife for spoon making, shallow, right handedThis carving knife is made by Narex in the Czech Republic. It has a manganese steel blade that is hardened to HRc 61 and has a shallow radius hook which makes it idea for carving concave recesses in spoon and bowls. The blade is about 18 mm wide and 3 mm thick, with only one edge sharpened this version is right handed, so designed to cut when pulling with the right hand or pushing with the left hand.
