Lot 007 - Antique Engraved Metal Casket Plaque, Inscribed "Asa D. West / Aged 22", 4-3/8" W x 3-1/2" HAn antique metal coffin plate of rounded rectangular form with a shallow dished profile and four corner mounting holes. The face is engraved in flowing script with the name "Asa D. West" and the notation "Aged 22." The reverse bears a paper dealer's label from Barrows Antiques, Portland, Connecticut. The plate shows overall surface scratching, spotting, and tarnish consistent with age. The display stand is not included.
