60’s Black Lace Dress with Fluted HemGorgeous 1960's black lace cocktail dress with a high neck and a low back with zippered closure. Flattering and form fitting with a fluted hem filled out with a layer of crinoline and a contrasting nude liner. Theres also a small velvet bow detail on the front. Dress is fully lined. Fits a modern size 4 34 bust 27. 5 waist 37. 5 hip 41 length In excellent vintage condition, light overall wear but no visible flaws
