All attached to a stretchy wristband. Charms are silver, (I have polished them a bit) not are marked, likely silver plate with some silver tone. All are very antique & vintage style. I do not know the age of the bracelet. It is vintage. The bracelet (stretchy part) is marked Hong Kong. Fits many sizes, likely better for S M wrist. Some hearts are open some
