Overall condition is excellent to near mint with one small area with wrinkles in the fabric and a tiny bit of wear to the metal clasp (see pics for full details)

Measurements were taken across and doubled: 8" length/ 3
can stretch to 22"
Spot on the skirt as pictured that didn’t come out with dry cleaning but I will attempt spot cleaning
