It involves wrapping tiny pieces of foam in fabric, then hand stitching them to form a congregation of bubbles. The fabric is hand dyed. This bib is meant as outerwear. Wear it over anything: a long dress or a short one; fitted trousers or wide legged pants. Sewn from cotton chambray. Size Guide Free Size. Fits from bustline 32 to 38 inches. Length is 18 inches.
