No fabric content tag, but it seems to be a bright cherry red smooth polyester knit with stretch. Surplice V neck criss crosses with gathers into an empire waistline anchored by an amazing attached rhinestone buckle. Gown is slightly fitted to the hips and then flares out to a midi maxi length, depending on your height. Sleeves are set in and 3 4 length, I show them pushed up in the
