Two separate layers of lining. Ruffle detail at the front to waist. Short puffy sleeves with elastic cuff. Absolutely no tags, or size as it appears to be handmade. Approx 20 underarm to underarm, 17 across waist. Please compare to some thing that you own for sizing. I am 55 and it hits mid ankle.
