PVC Hobble SkirtPVC Hobble Skirt was inspired by John Willie's artwork. These are slightly larger in the ankle than our hobble dress so you can wear them out and about. These slip on, so your shiny smooth curves won't be broken by a zipper. All sizes are in stock in black. Other colors may take an extra day or two.
