Ribbed bodice with cowl neck nicely Fitted bodice with darts at bust for shape. Soft pleating on skirt waistline. Maxi length with slit in back. Back nylon zipper. Dark floral with red and pink flowers with bright blue center. Ribbed bodice with poly jersey floral print. MEASUREMENTS: SHOULDERS

And the leather lining can best be described as a minty green
It has a fixed matching bow at the back neck and band of matching lace around the waist
The inside reveals the original ILGWU union tag and shows that the piece was made in the USA as a size 16
Please note that the waist could be expanded a bit by removing the waistband and opening up the front pleats directly below
