sutton hoo buckle brassThe buckle is a highly detailed reconstruction of the Great Gold Buckle from Sutton Hoo. The original was buried in the early 7th century with its owner in a ship burial, together with several artefacts, including the famous Sutton Hoo helmet. It is currently on display at the British Museum in London. Crafted from brass, the buckle is supplied complete with rivets and washers for fastening.
