Has slit in the back hem for easier wear. Shoulder pads can be easily cut out if they're not quite your jam. Wear as an open shift dress or add a belt or sash there are two thin belt loops NOTED FLAWS: Has a few minor stains as pointed out in photos. There is also some writing on the inside lining next to the tag. MEASURMENTS:
