80’s Aqua Multi-Color Paisley Belted Flounce Dress by Diane Freis1980s Diane Freis aqua blue multicolor paisley print dress in Georgette poly. Aqua with purple & pink paisley pattern with gold chains and shadow stripe pattern. Ruffled pleated polka dot flounce collar with peasant neck ties. Cinched waist with belt (belt AS IS stiff from age and some rust on belt). Knee length skirt. Never worn (plastic still on neck tie fringe). Measurements: Marked size 1X Shoulders: 17. 5 (shoulder pads) Bust: 48 (no stretch)

The sleeves are from a fancy prom dress from the 80’s- she was a beauty but unfortunately had a huge stain down the front
