90's Blue and White Striped Button Front Dress with Adjustable Waist by SweetExtra cute summer dress in a blue and white vertical stripe. Buttons completely up the front with a wide inset waist band with an interwoven navy blue ribbon to adjust the fit. Sleeves are short and capped with a deep V neckline. Form fitting shape. Fabric is tagged as polyester but has the feel of a crinkle cotton. Easy summer wear. Excellent condition with no issues. Label is Sweet, Made in Vietnam.
