Skirt is made up of 2 layers of cotton voile. Hook and eye closure at beck neck. Measurements: 33" bust** 25" waist 60" hip 62" length **While the bust measurement is narrow, this dress was likely custom made for a busty woman. Hence a woman with a 32C or D would fill the bodice out well. Condition: Very Good Light tarnishing on the sequins
