Lightweight 100% polyester. 2 elastic sections on back of waistband. Brand Prophecy by Sag Harbor Tagged size 8 but please double check measurements in photos as vintage sizing can vary and usually runs smaller. Great vintage condition. No flaws
Some small spots on the skirt that have not been treated shown in photos

so the dress is pretty full on its own
