Sweetheart neckline and back zipper. Interior waist band. Huge puffed sleeves in a silk mocha stripe end in a thin cuff with button. Skirt is pleated all around and uses the same color palette but in a check
and wrapped this in Christmas lights to show up to the party as a Christmas tree
