Vintage Guilloche Enamel Powder Compact Elgin AmericanAnother beautiful vintage 1939 Art Deco Elgin American guilloche enamel powder, rouge and mirror compact. It has a gleaming black enamel background trimmed in gold and silver, with a large snow white guilloche and a beautiful hand painted pink rose with green leaves. The compact measures 2 7 8 inches in length by 2 1 2 inches in width, and is in fantastic condition. It is hallmarked in the interior with the Elgin American logo. The only issue is some
