The big Dory came from Brixham in Devon and was sent to me with other fish as by product of fish processing

many people don't realise I'm working with an actual lobster and that this artwork is made by pressing the paper against the surface of the actual lobster itself

I was attracted by it's distinctive scale and huge eye

I use the Urauchi method to do this

He catches all his bass on line and supplies many local restaurants

The apron is supplied folded and wrapped with a band and it will be gift wrapped in red tissue paper
