It has no chips, cracks or damage to the mother of pearl. The silver tone metal is still in excellent shiny condition. The lighter has a new flint installed, so all you need to do is add lighter fluid; as we are unable to ship with flammable liquids. It measures approximately 3 1 4 inches in height by a little over 1 1 4 inches across, and comes in an organza gift
